Unable to move users form LCS to OCS RRS feed

  • Hello, I´m trying to move users form LCS server to OCS Enterprise and get this error.





    Cannot move user to pool. User: Ramon Fernandez Rego Destination pool:
    CN=LC Services,CN=Microsoft,CN=oscpool,CN=Pools,CN=RTC Service,CN=Microsoft,CN=System,DC=bankinter,DC=bk
    Error: 0xC3F7580B Cause: The server is not responding.
    Resolution: Verify the health of the pool. If a load balancer is used, please check to make sure port 135 is enabled.
    Check product documentation for more information about load balancer configuration.

    I have tested that I can conect to the port 135 of LCS pool and 135 of OCS pool...

    I don´t know what to do now... anybody does?

  • Make sure that you have the patches below from Microsoft applied to your LCS server.

  • YOu can take the network trace while you move the users and see what's failing. Are you able to IM between the users from both the pools?
