I updated Dynamics CRM email router to the new version released in January 2012. Rel
05.00.9690.1992 I think there may be a bug as it no longer works when the previous version did
I did an uninstall, cleared this director and installed the new version. I entered the information that worked before, but now it does not work. I get a mesaage "E-mail router configuration manager was unable to retrieve user and
queue information from the Microsoft Dynamics server.
This worked before I did the upgrade and I copied the parameters to avoid spelling or case errors

-Australian hence accesses
https://dev.crm5.dynamics.com
-I can log in to that site through http and using the same windows live username and password.
