* windows 7 build 7600 not genuine - dell upgrade

Question
-
Dell Studio XPS 13 upgraded from Vista Home Premium to Win 7 Home Premium - now being reported as not genuine. Results from the MGADiag tool below.
I'm holding the Win 7 Upgrade Option Dell branded disk in my hand sent to me by Dell, with the COA sticker on the cover.
I've also tried SFC /SCANNOW to repair any files, to no help.
