Larry is getting an error posting in the Technet forums

Question
-
He keeps getting a pop up window that says "unexpected error"
Windows 7
IE9
It's working for me fine on IE, why is it failing so much for him? He can't even post in here to report the issue.

For now he needs to switch browser to something else than IE till forum's team resolves this problem for IE.
BTW, I tried answering to Larry directly in that thread (I am using Google Chrome), but the reply window never opened for me. So, looks like I am having problems in Answers forum myself using Google Chrome. I do not have problems in MSDN or TechNet (I don't use other forums as much myself).

It's an answer because the answer is that this is a known issue. It's currently being worked on by the forums team. The goal of this forum is to make sure the forums team knows about the issues.
We don't guarantee any fixes. This forum is not forums support. It's just for reporting issues.

"Use another browser"
With my deepest respects and I don't mean to be rude but this is the Microsoft forums.
This is Internet Explorer built by Microsoft.
IT SHOULD JUST WORK
How about the IE team work on testing their stuff with Microsoft web sites and concentrate on that.
(btw I'm posting from IE 9 on Win7 so I know it can work)

I know, I was suggesting something in between while forum's developers figuring the problem out. I am just a user here trying to help.

I know and thank you very much for that. I apologize if you read in any way that I'm frustrated with you. Seeing the threads of other people impacted at least lets us know he's not alone.Monday, January 21, 2013 6:59 PM

Ed, with all due respect, this not an answer for Larry's problem. It SHOULD work in IE. He shouldn't HAVE to use Chrome. So can we stop flagging helpful workarounds as answers when it's not an answer, merely a workaround.
Now then is there any tests/fiddler things to look at in IE, any guidance that I can give Larry to get it to work in IE?

No, if he's talking about the Answers forum then it's a different forum platform. He needs to go here: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/feedback/forum?tm=1361100469974
