  • Hi KeithPhillips,

To be honest, I have never seen the error code 0xc004d301 before.  I do know that this is a type of tamper event and that the "text book" definition of the error is "The licensing trusted store has been modified by an unauthorized process or entity" I do not know what real world situation would cause this issue. I am working with my Dev and Test staff to come up with some troubleshooting steps and will have them for you as soon as possible.

If possible, could you provide any information on any recent events leading up to this issue? (such as: new software installed, any crashed, viruses detected/removed, power outages while the computer was running or any other 'Out of the Odinary' events)

    Thank you,

    Darin Smith
