  • I used my credit card for my payment and can't remember which one and I recently cancelled a bunch I need to speak with a person to renew my subscription.I am getting messages that my account is set automatically to renew with my existing card<I dont want this to happen>.Need to speak with a live person please contact me or give me a number I can call someone.I have recently moved here is my current phone number [deleted] Thankyou Tracy And Dustin .If I can not get this resolved I will have to cancel my account so that it doesnt go on a card that is no longer valid or at its limit

  • You can see what credit card you used for your subscription by signing in with your subscription LiveID at https://billing.microsoft.com - your subscription LiveID can be found by opening OneCare and clicking Help/About...
