Hmm, I tried again after unpropose and still same error.
Tried another and that seems to be it.

No, this is not it for that thread. I unproposed the answer (took a very long time, BTW) and then tried to change the type - still got the same exact error. Tried the second time - same result. Looks like this particular thread can not be changed.

Hmm, ok, well you threw me with that link then but yes it looks like if it was previously proposed then its not possible to change the type.
