CRM 2013 - Security role problem RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I installed Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 with administrator account named "CRMAdmin" (for sample)
    All is working fine.
I decieded to create a new user for me named "DOMAINE\KMAR"
    I assigned System Administrator right.

When i'm trying to connect to the CRM 2013 with account KMAR, i can access to the CRM and i can modify all parameters of the CRM but i can't access to the CRM data record (account, contact, opportunity,...). It say in the Dashboard : 'You are not allowed to access..." and i can't see Entities in the ribbon (i only have Dashboard).

    I tried :
    - disable and enable the user KMAR (when disable, i can't access to the CRM page)
    - change the security role to seller, i still have the same problem
    - disable and enable the organisation in deployment tools

How can i fixe my problem ?

    Thank you in advance

  • On the user form, make sure the Access Setting is set to "Full". It appears currently it is set to "Administrative"
