Can the 2011 Outlook client be installed on multiple PCs for one user? RRS feed

  • If a client has Outlook setup on, for instance, his desktop and notebook, can he have the CRM 2011 Outlook client installed on both?

  • yes, that shouldn't present a problem.  You should be able to download and run the Outlook client from both machines.

  • also a quick note to make sure that if you want the CRM items sync'ed automatically you may have set this option in the synchronization tab "set this computer to be the Sync.." found the CRM options otherwise only one of the CRM clients will auto Sync, the other one you will have to force it to sync or change the option each time.
