how to automatically capture campaign response in crm 2011?

Hi,
I want to automatically capture campaign response in CRM 2011 on premise, I have enabled tracking of campaign response in settings -> Administration -> system settings -> Email tab
and also selected create campaign response for incoming mail as "yes".
Any help would be appreciated.

It should throw some insight. As per the article section "Automate creating campaign responses", it has steps similar to what you have highlighted above.

Hi Ashish,
I have gone through this link and modified system settings accordingly, but it is still no working on client server. Though it works on my local server with same settings. Is it something related to modifications in the installable of CRM, my local server is installed some 4-5 months after the development server was installed.

Hi Kunal,
Check the rollup version installed on your local and on client's development server.
May be check the "CRM 2011 capture campaign response" settings again, you might have missed something on client's development machine or again give it a go on client's machine.
