  • It works if the photo directories contains is not more than 10 pictures....
I have to re-install Windows Home Server ? then, in that case... Badly !!

    Hi,
    Well..
It seems you have some functionality so I would not start re-installing right away.  There is a know issue regarding VAIL building the media index. What you can try:

    1. Restart your server (and wait some to see if it rebuilds the media index)
    2. Log-on to the server desktop and start Media Player (some user report this triggering VAIL into building the Media index)
    3. Log this problem to Connect.

  • Slideshow should work, also for VAIL "refresh".

So either this a problem with the client (IE8? Latest version of Silverlight installed?)
or there might be a problem with you server installation.

  • I have install the latest version of Silverlight... IE works and I have test it in several PC, WinXP and Win7.

The Home Server has installed correct what I can see, the logs files shows fine.

It works if the photo directories contains is not more than 10 pictures....

I have to re-install Windows Home Server ? then, in that case... Badly !!

    Another solution ??
