Actvation of OneCare stalled RRS feed

  • My activation of Onecare via my Qwest DSL account is in a loop.  It stops with "Looks like You need a subscription.  Go On-line ..."

    I have a subscription, my user name and pass word are valid and it is through my Qwest DSL subscription.  How do I get out of this loop and complete the installation of the Onecare on my new computer.
