CRM 2011 - On Premise - Solution/Proxy Issue RRS feed

  • Hey ya'll,

    I have been trying to import an SMS solution premise CRM site. The import works fine but the issue occurs when the solution tries to connect to the SMS providers API to verify details. During this step I see a Business Process Error stating that the details cannot be authenticated. I've contacted the solution maker who confirms it works fine from his side using my credentials so it must be an internal network or CRM problem.

    My question is:

    Could this be due to the proxy our CRM system sits behind? It works fine accessing HTML sites but I wonder if the Proxy cannot authenticate when it tries to access the REST API?

    Any ideas how to test this theory? Or even set the solution/crm to bypass this?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
