blank filtered view after upgrade of CRM and SQL server RRS feed

  • Question

  • We have upgrade our CRM system to CRM 2015.  We also upgraded our sql server to the latest version.  We used a backup of the database on the old sql server to update the new database.  All works fine except for custom reports in SSRS.  It seems that although the tables return the correct value, the filtered tables return null.

  • Have you tested this by querying the filtered views directly from SSMS?  If so, be sure you are connecting to SQL using windows authentication.  SQL authentication will always return null when querying filtered views.
