If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you will need to contact support who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information.

How to reach support (FAQ) - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2421771&SiteID=2

Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID to use to activate the reinstall.

  • Read the FAQ on how to get support - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2421771&SiteID=2

If you bought a boxed product, include your Product Key from the box inside your message.

  • Have you tried just re-setting the password? there may also be an option there for user name

  • I also need Help with my Windows Live ID #, where do I find it or call I call someone.  I had the service on this computer with a free trial that expired.  I purchased the softwear at Circuit City a few months ago and still can't get the new soft ware loaded because I don't know where to get a Windows Live ID #.  Please help, thanks.

  • How's it going every one. I don't know about Illwill. but the links that you put here only take me right back to the same frustrating link loop that never ends with any help. I have an issue pretty much just like this one. I had to reinstall windows

and after tried to reinstall Live one care that I bought from the store. I only have one Live one account but when I try to reinstall using that account and the product key. it tells me that it is linked to a different account. and there seems to be no one to contact for help. no email, phone, chat with a live MS tech, nothing. I have tried resetting my password everything. no help. it stinks that you pay $50.00 for a product and there is actually no support. just endless ussless menu's.
