Cannot Add New Transactions to Portfolio Manager RRS feed

  • When I try to add a new asset to Portfolio Manager, I get a message that says, "You cannot add transactions because Portfolio Manager is currently unable to retrieve quotes.  Please try again later."  I've been trying for 3 months.  Is Portfolio Manager permanently disabled?
