Add Options to 'Set up work hours' RRS feed

  • Is it possible to add more options to where a user sets up their work hours?  Where they have the option to set 'Time Off', would it be possible to add another for 'Training'?  We need users to be able to set up when they are on training sessions for a few hours so that nothing is scheduled to them but we want to differentiate between this and normal time off.

  • That part of the system is not very customisable.

    If the training is a regular occurrence, how about using recurring appointments? Supplemented with normal appointments for the ad-hoc training, these will cause the scheduling engine to avoid these instances and they will show in the service calendar.
