Have you been using a Registry Cleaner (possibly Advanced System Care or WiseFixer?) at all? – if so then that’s the cause of your problems and you should UNDO anything it’s done, and then post another report.
What has happened is that something has uninstalled the Software Protection Service – which controls the WGA aspects of the PC, and is required to run at all times in normal mode.
This is easy enough to fix - but there may be other problems afterwards, so do come back with the new MGADiag report afterwards. Have you been using Registry Cleaners or Optimisers?

Highlight ALL the text in bold - select Copy

    sc create sppsvc binPath= C:\Windows\System32\sppsvc.exe DisplayName= "Software Protection" depend= Rpcss start= delayed-auto obj= "NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService" password= ""

    sc privs sppsvc SeAuditPrivilege/SeChangeNotifyPrivilege/SeCreateGlobalPrivilege/SeImpersonatePrivilege

    sc sdset sppsvc D:(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;SY)(A;;CCDCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRSDRCWDWO;;;BA)(A;;CCLCSWRPLOCRRC;;;IU)(A;;CCLCSWRPLOCRRC;;;SU)(A;;LCRP;;;AU)S:(AU;FA;CCDCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRSDRCWDWO;;;WD)

     sc sidtype sppsvc UNRESTRICTED

Open an Elevated Command Prompt window - click on the Start button, and in the Search box, type CMD. wait for the system to find the one file, then right-click on that and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt if you get one

Right-click on the C:\ icon (top left of the window) and select Edit... >Paste

You should get Success responses after each line of code (you may need to hit the Enter key to complete the last line)

    when complete, reboot.

Once you've rebooted, check to see if the Service has started - if so, then check that the Volume Shadow Copy Service is also present, and starts on request.

Post back with a new MGADiag report, and the results of the above.
