How to remove an account from "my active account" view RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I have imported account relative to the company to the crm. all of theese accounts are showing now on "my active account" view. any way to remove them?

    Just change the owner of the records to someone else or a service account that should remove the records from my active account view. You can do a bulk edit and change the owner quickly.

  • you can also assign all account to some other user, select all account whom you want to remove from your active account list and use assign option to assign all to another user.
