how to edit partylist type field present in appointment form? RRS feed

    hi,

    in CRM2011 Appointment entity, in Scheduling Information section, "Required" field is a partylist type field. this field is looking for Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Facility/Equipment and Users.

    but i want this field to look for only Users.

    please help me to achieve this.

    i would be thankful.

    Hi poseidon,

      use following java script to achieve that

     function party()

    {
    document.getElementById("requiredattendees").setAttribute("lookuptypes", "8");
    //to set the default type
    document.getElementById("requiredattendees").setAttribute("defaulttype", "8");
    }

    //"8" is entity type code for User Entity

    call party function in Page Onload event.
