My Activities are not reflected in my profile

Hi everybody,
I got several helpful votes today and a few answers. I just got an answer in this thread
None of that is reflected in my profile and I do not get credit. Can something be done in regards to that, please?

Hi Naomi,
Yes, I did not receive any point becasue I marked it as answer by myself, I lost 15 points because I deleted the post that marked as answer by myself.

So I lost 15 points is expected behavior.
Moreover, as Ed stated, missing activity and points is an known issue and the engineers are investigating and working on it.
Will reply this thread if we get any update.
Thanks.

BTW, this recent helpful vote is also not in my profile
or this proposed answer is also not in my activity
BTW, I think Ed meant to give me a helpful vote, but gave it to the OP instead.
I think the problem is with my Activity only. Say, I just voted and proposed an answer here
http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/transactsql/thread/ec906be5-3788-4737-a1e5-8227190b9d89 and it worked for him.

In other words, practically none of the helpful votes or answers for few last days appeared in my activity or points. Do you think there is a chance to restore them or what is lost is lost (as usually happens here)?
Looks like my activity completely stopped. I unmarked and marked an answer in my thread and I also voted a post helpful. None of that got reflected in my activity.

Hi Naomi
We did the test but cannot repro the issue. For example, I have 230 points, I've marked my test reply as answer and then deleted it, I lost 15 points. That's expected behavior.
We have a review of your activity, yes, none of the helpful votes or answeres for the last 3 days appeared in your activity, it looks like the issue is with your account only.
We'll escalate your issue and reply back when we get any update.

Hi Crystal,
Can you check my profile also. I report some issues in this thread.
Thanks a lot.

Hi Crystal,
I don't think it was expected behavior when you lost 15 points. First of all, you should not have received 15 points when you marked your answer (since you marked it yourself) and secondly you should not have lost them when you (yourself) unmarked it.
Also, when I checked your activity last night I didn't see "marked answer" activity. Moreover, last night I myself voted a few posts and first unmarked, then marked an answer in my own thread which was already marked by the moderator of the forum (I was hoping that by doing so I will give the person who responded extra 5 points). I didn't see that activity in my profile either.
I ask you to please investigate what is going on with my activity and few other people who complained and if possible, re-calculate all my points from the beginning of time. The reason I ask is that during various forum's bugs and problems I lost (by my rough estimation) at least 20K points and I want them back.

I confirm too that if a moderator mark my answer (+10points), if the OP come after and unmark it (-15 points)
I actually loose 5 points.

I think I know this scenario also and I think it's a bit unfair. But in the case above he marked his own reply (so he should not get points), then deleted that reply. Why would it decrement the total points?
In any case, today I did get 3 helpful votes so far all added to my points. Not sure if the problem stopped and afraid that I will not get what I lost in last few days (several answers and about 30 helpful votes).
