  • New installation using "Active Directory" get message that "No items are currently available" after logging in.  The user has been defined as an administrator.

    Looks like you are trying to access this through either mobile devices or browsers other than IE.

    My suggestion is to access CRM via internet explorer and you should be able to see the full features.

    The mobile view only has limited functionality compared to the normal one.

    Can you please specify more details. Is this is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM question?

    If no, please put your question in the right Microsoft Forum type.

    If yes, is it CRM 4 or CRM 2011? Is the error coming when you try to view CRM through IE, Mobile device or outlook?

    Please post the screenshot of the error, if possible. Are you able to go to any links?

  • What version of IE are you on?

    Can you try browsing to http://<CrmServerUrl>/<OrgName>/main.aspx# directly?
