Windows cannot find 'blan' RRS feed

  • I am in step 2 of finishing my onecare setup and it tells me that it looks like I need a new subscription.  It says "the onecare site will help me get one...I have all my userid and password info but when I click the CONTINUE ONLINE button I get a message that says "Windows cannot find 'blan'" and to make sure that I typed the name correctly.  When I click the OK button it tells me in a box that "Windows cannot open this file LnZNg%253D.  It offers to let me "use the web program to find the appropriate program.  When I click the button to contuinue, it takes me the "subscribe now" or "activate" token page of Windows live OneCare which ends the "Finish OneCare setup" process.

     

    Am I doing something wrong and if so, how do I fix it.
