Can't find option set for Status Reason from Cancelled order RRS feed

  • Question

  • Anyone know where to edit the option set for the Status Reason field that pops up when you cancel an order.  There's only one selection "no money" and I've looked everywhere to find this field in multiple entities so I can add to the option set.  I'm on CRM 2016.

  • You can edit this Option Set value by following below steps.
Go To Customizations -> Expand Entities -> Expand Order Entity -> From Fields Select Status Reason Field -> Go To Details Section of the Field
Here you can Edit Option Set value for Status Reason Field.
You can find “No Money” Option in Cancel Status Option.
To edit this first select Canceled Status. Here you can add more options in option set.

Click on Add Button and give label to Option Set value which you wants to add as shown in the below screenshot.

Then Save and publish all customizations.
Now you can see this option set value while cancelling an order as shown in below screenshot.

    Thanks,

    Sam
