There is a CRM problem in Few Countries and the Below is what we had found issue;
When attempting to connect to Online CRM URL using the default office internal network, we do not receive any reply from the server. And the “Page cannot be displayed”.
However when we connect using the same internet connection
but bypass server and sonicwall we get a response and the page loads correctly. I have tried turning off the firewall completely (as well as intrusion prevention and gateway antivirus functions) and we still have the same problem.
Anybody Please could you assist if possible?
