    Hi,

    is there a place I can activate the custom button after being added to the ISVConfig file ??

    Situation:
    I've installed an application that creates a button on the entity contact, on my test server (a virtual server) everything works fine.

    On the production server, the application alerted that I need to manually enable the ISV customization, I'm using a tool to analyse the ISVConfig and they are identical, the production server has the same entries as the test server, but the button is not active on the contact form, is there a place I can activate the custom button after being added to the ISVConfig file ??

    Assume that the button is not active means the button you added in isv.config does not appear in the toolbar, grid etc..

    Try:

    Check if you have enable isv extension.
    Setting->System->customization, add web application/outlook in the isv extension.

    Then make sure the role have access to isv.
