My son called from college concerning his laptop. He got message that his subscrition had expired and his computer is subject to viruses. His lap top was covered under our subscrition. Please advise us.
This could be caused by an incorrect computer date and time. Another possibility is that One Care was installed but never activated. To activate, open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password used to purchase One Care. Your subscription status will be recognized and One Care will activate. If the computer date and time are correct and activation is not an isue I suggest contacting support.
