  Hi Everyone,

  I got a new situation where I've come across an error while creating a new project (any project) through Visual Studio 2015 that states the following.

  General Exception (Exception From HRESULT: 0x80131500)

  This was the issue that I came across right after trying to install JetBrains ReSharper through nuget package manager which was not installed properly (installed with some errors). I was using GIT source control through which I reverted back my project without ReSharper references installed in my Visual Studio 2015.

  I tried to solve the issue through hot fix which I did not exactly solve the issue.

  Please help me solve this issue.

  Any help will be appreciated.
