Ok the software I received was in shrink wrapped software. Microsoft Office 2007 Professional. The contents of the disk had Microsoft Office 2007 Professional Plus. I guess to get around product activation.

I bought this from a dealer from an auction that has very good feedback and is reputable. He said they came from a factory in
Puerto Rico. He said he is a Certified Reseller.
So first he said he would refund me. But you guys had to validate this is the case (we all know it is). Second will Microsoft honor this purchase in anyway? I mean they have sanctioned factories cranking out pirated software for crying out loud!? How can I be honest buying software when I can even be tricked (coming from someone who always tries to stay legal)?
