unable to connect outlook client to crm 2013 demo environment RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have setup a CRM 2013 demo environment for a customer. The online version works fine with all the credentials provided by MS. However, we are unable to connect to the demo within the outlook client (2010, Windows 7). We tried various configurations but receive either on of the two errors in the wizard:

    "Cannot connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM server because we cannot authentication your credentials. Check your connection or contact your administrator for more help."

    "There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. The server might be unavailable. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator."

    Troubleshooting with various web sources was of no help and the MS-support doesn't answer either. As Server URL we used either CRM Online or the URL provided by MS in combination we all provided users. Colleagues experience the same. Did anyone experience the same? Thanks for your support.
