  • From your MGA Report:

    Windows License Type: OEM SLP
    Product Name: Windows 7 Ultimate

    Note:

    OEM: SLP (System Locked Pre-installation)

    OEM SLP keys are preinstalled by the OEM on the machine. End-users normally does not get to see the product key, unless when using product key viewers to retrieve the key manually. Data embedded in the BIOS (in SLIC table), together with the digitally signed certificate (OEM cert), is used to validate the product key.

    OEM SLP product keys are the only keys that are able to perform offline activation instantly and locally, without going online or connecting to Microsoft server. OEM SLP keys are only issued to big manufacturers such as Dell, HP, Gateway, Sony, etc.

    License Status: Notification
    Notification Reason: 0xC004F200 (non-genuine).

    Other data-->

    <Manufacturer>Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.</Manufacturer><Model>EP43T

    OEM Activation 1.0 Data-->

    SLIC   HPQOEM  SLIC-MPC

    Unfortunately, whoever installed Windows 7 Ultimate edition on your non-HP computer apparently used a HP OEM Windows 7 Reinstallation disc whose activation files must be associated with a HP motherboard BIOS.  You do not have a HP designed motherboard installed...you have a Gigabyte Model EP43T motherboard installed.  The installed HP OEM Windows 7 license will never activate on this non-HP motherboard.

    In order to resolve this issue, you will need to purchase a genuine "Full Version" edition of Windows 7 and perform a "clean install".  You can conveniently purchase genuine Windows 7 from the  Microsoft Store.

  • Your key has a certain fame, as it was the first one for Windows 7 that "leaked" (stolen from Lenovo) and was used by Chinese hackers to write a "loader" (a little program or batch file to emulate an OEM preinstallation where there isn't one). That happened last summer, and the key was never used in real installations since it was withdrawn before. Seeing it reappear much time later, now masked as HP/Compaq, is a bad joke. If you're interested in this part of "computer history", you only must do a search for your Product ID in Bing, Google or elsewhere, and you will find references galore.
