We have had trouble for months with Outlook at CRM working together.
Originally, we were able to create contacts in CRM, and they would then sync back to Outlook 2013.
Now, we are able to create contacts in Outlook, and they sync to CRM, but not the other way around.
My boss has all of his important contacts in CRM and needs them to sync to Outlook as they are supposed to.
He also has different devices and machines running, and I need to know when WIndows 8.1 and Outlook 2013 are supported for the CRM add-in for Outlook, when is this going to be a supported configuration, is it already?
Top tier issue-how do we get ALL of his CRM contacts into his outlook? We are using Dynamics CRM 2013 Online and Outlook 2013.
