All computers that come with Windows Pre-installed come with software that will either reinstall or reset windows back to the way it was when you first turned it on. This software can come on a CD that came with the computer or it may come on a hidden partition on the computer's hard drive. Each manufacturer includes the software differently, so either consult the documentation that came with the computer or contact the computer's manufacturer for assistance in find/using the reinstall/restore software. Depending on the manufacturer, you may also be able to order replacement software or possibly download it from their website.
Thank you, Darin MS
