Windows Live Mail issues, error 0x80048820 RRS feed

    When i try to set up my hotmail account on Windows Live mail, it tells me that Computer has to be connected to internet and gives the bellow error message.

    Computer is obviosly connected to internet

    Server Error: 0x80048820
    Server: 'http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
    Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80048820

    I had this problem before and I solved it by this steps :

    first : check your firewall application and add WLM and allow it to make connection in both direction

    second : check Internet explorer connection setting and remove option ( detect setting automatically )
