SDK Install with VS2012

Question
-
I recently downloaded the VS2012 Express and the CRM 2011 SDK. However when I try to run the SDK installer it gets about to the end then I get an error "Failed at checkpoint 4, value cannot be null" and then a second error and it asks me to restart the installer. I've tried several times and get the same thing every time. It says the installation will continue but it does not. Any ideas?
Thanks for any help!

The Developer Toolkit requires a Professional or better version of Visual Studio - Express isn't supported.
Install or Uninstall the Developer Toolkit
