    I was reading the issue regarding the duplicate key.  I just purchased this program at circuit city and entered the key code at setup.  I finished set up and the next time i booted up the software said i needed a subscription.  I had already done this.  So i uninstalled, ran the cleanup file, and reinstalled.  Same error

    I am activated with same liveID account.  I am confused. Can you offer suggestions.

    Since you created the subscription with the LiveID before the problem began, but OneCare apparently "lost" the information about the subscription on a reboot, you can't enter the key again when trying to activate after the reinstall.

    You should activate with the same LiveID and it should see your subscription.

    Check to verify the subscription status at http://billing.microsoft.com

    Confirm that the PC date and time are correct.

    If you are still unable to activate the reinstall with the confirmed LiveID above or if after a reboot, OneCare again complains that you need a subscription *after* you've activated already (again), please contact support:
