    I completed the 70-680 MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration exam at Zenos IT Academy in Telford but i failed to receive an e-mail stating my access code for my certificate. Who do i contact to receive my e-mail?

    It can take up to two weeks for Microsoft to receive and process your exam records. If it has been more than two weeks since you took your exam, contact the Regional Service Center nearest you.
