Windows Product ID: 00371-221-2907872-86593
The product ID -221- Indicates a not for resale MSDN account. If you are not the account holder and you purchased this in a retail box, the box and it's contents are counterfeit. Demand an immediate refund from the seller

You will have to purchase a legitimate windows from a legitimate retailer or revert to the windows your computer came with.

As George says, you have purchased a counterfeit copy of Windows 7. In the future do not purchase Windows, Office, Creative Studio, or any other expensive licensed software from an individual on an online auction like eBay or from the Amazon Marketplace or any other discount website. The internet is full of tens of thousands of these Chinese made counterfeits. The counterfeiters are using product keys from fraudulently obtained MSDN subscriptions because these subscriptions permit a substantial number of simultaneous activations and it takes a while for Microsoft to detect and block these as abused keys. The websites offering bare keys are obtaining them the same way so don't be tricked into buying "discounted keys".
You need to restore your computer to its previous version of Windows or purchase a full license copy of Windows 7. An upgrade license will not work unless you do restore to a genuine copy. If you wish to avoid reinstalling Windows then purchase a full license copy of Windows 7 Professional. Then you can simply change the product key and avoid reinstallation.
Purchase safely from the Microsoft Store or Amazon Corp. (or other respected Microsoft partner).
