Hi,
I purchased liveone care, then installed it.
Before I activated it, I used the 90 day trial.
The 90 day trial expired.
I try to activate, it sends me online, and tells me to go back to the liveone care program and click on Activate again.
I do this, and use the same email address that I signed up with originally.
Takes me back online.
Asks me if I'm a 2nd or 3rd party user, which I'm not
this problem just loops. I know I'm using the same email address I signed up with.
Possible scenario....
I installed the 1 year subscription on my brother's computer before I did so on mine. I'm thinking this could have made his computer the administrator computer...any ideas?
