    What kind of website will it be ??? i mean like just info site or a file sharing site or something diff????

    and what kind do u want it to be??? a flash type or just plain HTML or is there somehing diff in your mind....

    Pls be specific for us to help u out....

    creating a personal website is not a big task,,but maintaining it is extremely difficult...like as a begineer start with the html code....try doing small web pages..then start linking those pages...
    there ar many editors available for html...for creating forms like feedback etc...make use of the php..its very easy..then to make ur page stylish include flash objects on to it,,,use photoshop to create ur pic since the pic quality will be good....most imp language which v can implement in the websites is the javascript,,i love to work with it....asp,xml can also be used...for database manipulation use the sql  oracle...

    HOSTING UR SITE:::
    like if u want to go for free hosting many free hosting sites are available like bravehost,ect ect..and if u want to go for the paid one look in for service providers like squarebrothers etc..

    1)Free blog through www.blogger.com by google.
    2)Free websites with ads by www.freeeservers.com
    3)Try buying your own webspace,hosting and design a site using dreamweaver or wordpress(for a blog).

    If u want to build a website without using tools, go to www.w3schools.comIt has got nice lessons for any technology u want to use.If u want to use ready made graphical tools instead, try Google Page Creator or Yahoo 360You can also try Blogger if u want to create a blog. This things will help u create ur website quickly.
