Change iTunes icon in taskbar

  Is there a way to change the iTunes icon in the taskbar?

  It is the only one I cannot change. I found the images in "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\iTunes...\Assets" but even after going to the properties and changing the securities to make me the owner I still do not have privileges to add any items to the folder, I can only remove items.
