Genuine Office Question

Question
-
I have two Microsoft Office Professional CDs (I think each one has three licenses). I got a virus and had to reinstall Office, but it would not allow me to use my current license. Went to my computer guy and he fixed it for me. I now find it is giving me a non-genuine notice. How do you get a license back when you reinstall?? Can I validate this version with my product key? Do I have to reinstall, and them what happens when it reject that product code!!

HelloSloopJohnB1701,
Here is a snippet of your mgadiag report:

Right now your Sony computer has a Volume Licensing installation of Office Enterprise 2007 installed, but this installation was done with a now-blocked Volume Licensing Key (VLK). VLKs are issued to larger customers for their exclusive use in accordance with a Volume Licensing Agreement. Microsoft blocks VLKs when the key has been lost, stolen, compromised, or when the associated Volume Licensing Agreement is no longer in effect, or if otherwise misappropriated for software piracy reasons.
Normally, legitimate users of Volume Licensing editions of Office are associated with larger business, educational, or governmental organizations. If that's you, please contact your organization's IT support staff for further assistance.
If your use of this installation of Office Enterprise 2007 is not associated with a larger business, educational, or governmental organization, and you purchased the installed copy of Office Enterprise 2007 thinking that it was a retail license to be sold to individual consumers, it is likely that you are a victim of software piracy or counterfeiting. As an individual consumer, you should never have been sold Volume Licensing (VL) materials such as the VL installation disc, and you certainly should not have received a Blocked Product Key for Office Enterprise 2007 . You should have been sold Genuine retail licensed software.
If so, your first course of action is to confront your seller with this information and demand a full refund.
If the seller refuses to help, please file a piracy report at www.microsoft.com/piracy. Also, depending upon whether you received "high quality" counterfeit materials, you may qualify for the Office Complimentary Offer or for the Office Genuine Advantage discounted offer. Please see the FAQ here: http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/downloads/FAQ.aspx?displaylang=en#ID0EKNAC If you think that you qualify for the Genuine Office Offer, apply for the Offer thru the Learn More Online link that the OGA Notifier is displaying.
You did mention, "I have two Microsoft Office Professional CDs (I think each one has three licenses)."
[Please note that recent retail licenses for Office Professional allow installation on up to two computers per license, not three, and as always, OEM licenses are limited to the one computer onto which they are first installed and are not permitted to be moved to any other computer. The only 2007 Office permitted three installations is Office Home and Student 2007.]
Based on this comment, I thing one other possibility is that at one time your Sony computer might have had a Genuine installation of Office installed, but for some reason it was replaced with the current installation which is nongenuine. This could have happened when you took your computer to your "computer guy" because of that virus and he reinstalled Windows and/or some or all of your programs. You Get Genuine once again by uninstalling the current nongenuine installation of Office and using your Genuine Microsoft hologrammed Office installation CDs, along with the genuine Product Key found on your Office Edition's Certificate of Authenticity or yellow-orange Proof Of License label, to put back the genuine installation of Office you may have already had on the computer.
