What certification should I go for? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I've been wondering, I haven't acquired a certification yet but I've been working as a Network Administrator for a while now. What certification would you recommend I go for? MCSE? MCITP?

  • The last version of MCSE was on Windows 2003. If you want a more recent certification (Windows 2008), then you have to go for MCITP.

  • Hi Mykel

it is based on what you want to certify your self with. basically i would recommend to go with MCSA at least because there are still companies working with Windows 2003 and then use the upgrade path " 70-648 and 70-646" to gain your ITP in windows 2008 so you will have both
