Recovery MSCRM Database from SQL Server Reporting Services RRS feed

  • HI I have deleted the MSCRM Organsation_MSCRM database(folder) from the Sql Reporting Service Server.This contains all the custom reports of my MS CRM organisation. Please let me know how to recover the database back.

    You can re-publish the reports by running the publishreports.exe tool located on:

    Drive:\Program Files\Microsoft CRM folder\Tools

    this will re-create the folder and should also publish all your custom reports.

  • Yes it is as simple as Just going to the drive of MS CRM installed.

    Tools> PublishReports.exe "OrganizationName".

    I was able to figure this out and Anyway thanks to Nuno.

  • Which version of CRM are you using ?

    CRM 2011 should recreate the reports in Reporting Services when you run them. However, it may be that it will require that you manually recreate the folder in SQL Reporting Services, and the Data Source. I'd suggest running a Repair install of CRM to see if that will recreate the folder and data source
