created email result in "object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Hi all, I am using crm2011 for outlook,when I chosen track "all e-mail messages",and then right click a record of contact,it reported a error: " object reference not set to an instance of an object,URL:http://fqdn:5555/_common/global.ashx?ver=1207147433" I have installed the rollup5 for the crm for outlook. any replies will be appreciated!

Try enabling tracing on the client and re-create the problem to see if it yields any better info in the generated log files.
