I'm getting an error message: "The procedure entry point Get ProcessID could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll" when I try to install OneCare for the first time. Please help. Thanks

This error typically occurs if your operating system is not supported by the OneCare installer.
See this link: http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-us/purchase/sysreq.htm - for the system requirements for OneCare.
OneCare will only install on 32 bit XP SP2 or SP3 and Vista, any version.
If your operating system is support, per the above, and you are encountering the error when installing from CD, try installing from http://onecare.live.com and subscribe with the retail key when you are ready. (Hint: leave it in trial mode for up to 90 days, or until the nag screens about subscribing become annoying and then subscribe. Your trial period ends immediately upon activating a subscription.)
If you are still unable to install, please contact support.
