HELP! I did the product key, and Office won't let me install the products.

  Hello,

      I need help. So, here is the story.  ((Also, sorry if title is a bit misleading))

        I use my product key to activate Office and did it correctly. I click "Redeem Online" and it said

  Office is not associated with this account.

  If you've already activated Office, sign out and sign in with the account you used to activate Office.

  If you have Office, but, haven't activated it, you can use your product key to activate. ((Activate Office Now))

  If you don't have Office, you can buy it in the Office store.

         I did the first option, because I did the product key and it still doesn't work. Is there something I did wrong? Something missing? Please tell me.
