All CRM Users are getting the CRM Administrator login by default issue RRS feed

  • Dear All,

    I am getting a strange issue, "CRM users are getting the CRM administrator log in and privileges by default"

    Example : i have two users one is CRM Administrator and a Sales user. 

    CRM Administrator user has System Administrator privileges and System customizer privileges.

    Sales user has Sales representative privileges.

    The issue is when log in with Sales user i am getting the log in in the name of CRM Administrator and Admin privileges.

  • I've faced this problem before. I've handled it with a configuration on IIS. Actually, I don't know why that changes has been made to IIS and by whom that change has been made! But, it is definitely a problem in authentication of the IIS. Check the enabled and disabled authentications.
