Visual Basic 6.0 to Visual Studio 2008

I have an application in Visual Basic 6.0. Will I be able to compile and create a setup program of my Visual Basic 6.0 application if I purchase Visual Studio 2008, or will I need to reprogram? Visual Basic 6.0 is no longer supported by Microsoft.
