CRM 2013 (on-premise) provision users with PowerShell

We have a custom made PowerShell Webforms app that we use to provision users. An AD account, Lync, Exchange are all automatically provisioned for new users. I also want to add a PowerShell cmdlet or use some other script, command line tool to add users to our on-premise CRM.

What options do I even have?

No cmdlets for Microsoft CRM to provision users at this time per this link:
